How To Book
Lines open for booking on:

Step 1
Make your choice
Decide the type of accommodation you wish to book. Accommodation is sold on a first come, first served basis and some types sell out quickly so it might be worth having a second choice in mind.
Step 2
Book by phone
Call Haven Events on 0871 230 1911 lines are open 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm on Saturdays.
Please bear with us if lines are busy.
You will need to supply the following information:
- A lead name (who must be over 18) and postal address for correspondence.
- The names and ages of the others attending (or these can be supplied at a later date).
- A deposit of £100 by credit/debit card. This payment must be made by the lead person who will also be required to make subsequent payments.
You will receive confirmation of your booking by post or email.
Students: when you book ask for the student discounted accommodation in self catering caravans. Note that you must still book per unit and you will need your UCCF student card number to hand.
Step 3
Enquiries and final payments
Final payments are due by 16 January 2009. To make your final balance payment, please call Haven Events on 0871 230 1911. You must also tell Haven the names and ages of those in your accommodation by 16 January, if you haven’t already.
You are responsible for ensuring you have paid your booking balance by the 16 January 2009. If payment is not received by 16 January 2009, your booking may be cancelled without notice. Please ensure that balance payments by credit card or cheque are made by the lead name/group organiser.
Cheques: are to be made payable to ‘Haven Holidays’. Please ensure the lead name and holiday reference number are written on the back of the cheque.
